About Cathy:
Cathy is a Senior Physiotherapist and Owner of Manning Physio with nearly 20 years of experience in private practice. She completed her physiotherapy degree in New Zealand in 2005 before beginning her clinical career in Brisbane, where she developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a particular interest in dry needling and hands-on treatment approaches. Cathy combines a highly individualised, hands-on approach to physiotherapy with dry needling, Western acupuncture, and a wide range of manual therapy techniques. This integrated approach allows her to work effectively with both acute injuries and more complex or persistent pain presentations, tailoring treatment to each person’s symptoms, goals, and stage of recovery.
