Mat Pilates Classes

Our Mat Pilates classes combine traditional Pilates principles with functional strength and mobility training to support your whole-body health. These sessions are designed to build core strength and endurance, improve posture, balance, and flexibility — helping you move with ease in daily life.

Using a mix of body weight exercises and small equipment such as bands, balls, and light weights, our physiotherapists tailor each class to your ability and goals. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced and looking for a challenge, the exercises can be adapted to suit all levels.

With close supervision in a supportive group environment, you’ll build strength, reduce the risk of injury, and gain confidence in your movement.

Young Seniors Exercise Classes

Our Young Seniors Exercise Classes are designed to keep you moving with confidence, independence, and enjoyment. Led by a qualified physiotherapist, these sessions focus on building balance, posture, and strength in both the upper and lower body, while also engaging the core to support everyday movement.

 

The classes are primarily chair-based, making them accessible and safe for participants of all fitness levels and abilities. Gentle progressions are included so you can work at your own pace, whether your goal is to stay active, reduce the risk of falls, or simply enjoy exercising in a supportive group environment.

 

With expert guidance and a friendly atmosphere, our Young Seniors classes are a great way to stay strong, mobile, and socially connected.
