From Hormones to Heavy Lifting

Physiotherapy for Menopause

Perimenopause can feel like a cyclone — unpredictable, exhausting, and sometimes hitting harder than you expected. You can’t control the storm, but you can prepare for it. By building strength, protecting your joints, and supporting your bone health before and during menopause, you create a buffer that helps you ride out the wild weather and recover faster.

And if you’ve already felt the impact — muscle loss, injuries, or lingering aches — it’s not too late. With the right guidance, you can rebuild steadily, regain resilience, and come out stronger on the other side. Our physio-led approach makes it safe, practical, and achievable — guiding you to move well, lift smart, and stay strong through every stage.

This 20 minute video explains the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause and how you can make choices now, to impact your future health and well-being.
